The simple terms that apply when you use our site and join our programs.

Acceptance of These Terms
By using the Dwell Dance Co. website or registering for our classes, workshops, companies, or events, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy.
Classes & Registration
Registration reserves a spot in a class or program subject to availability. We may adjust class schedules, instructors, or offerings as needed. If a class is full, we will let you know about a waitlist or alternatives.
Payments, Billing & Refunds
- Drop-in, monthly, and full-year options are available as described on our Classes page.
- Classes run September through May in three sessions. You may pay per session up front, or join for the full year and pay monthly.
- Monthly enrollment begins the day you register and recurs monthly, continuing after your first year so your dancer keeps her spot. You may stop it at any time by giving 30 days’ notice.
- Workshops are a one-time price paid up front when you reserve your spot. They are not a tuition and do not renew.
- Full-year enrollment is paid for the full program at a savings.
- Payments are handled by our secure payment processor.
- Refund and cancellation details will be provided at registration. Please contact us with any billing questions.
Participation, Conduct & Safety
Dance is a physical activity. By enrolling, you confirm your dancer is able to participate and you accept the ordinary risks involved. A full participation and liability agreement will be provided by our dance home and must be completed before classes begin. We ask families to help us keep our dance home a kind, respectful, and Christ-centered space for everyone.
Photo & Media
We sometimes capture photos or video of classes, performances, and events. You may give or decline permission for your dancer's image to be used in dance home promotion during registration. You can update your preference at any time.
Text & Email Communications
If you opt in, you may receive emails and text messages from us. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or stop texts by replying STOP. See our Privacy Policy for full details on our messaging practices.
Intellectual Property
The content on this website, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Dwell Dance Co. and may not be used without permission.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
